It is both an honor and a privilege for me to continue to serve this community in a new role. I am eagerly anticipating the arrival of students on our first day of school September 5. Many of you will undoubtedly mark the passing of the coming year through the school lives of your children. Whatever the year has in store for us, I can assure you that West Valley will support you and your family in every possible way to insure your student’s success.
West Valley takes pride in the ability to offer a variety of unique programs designed to meet the needs of each and every student. We are a community of partnerships between students, parents, educators, businesses, churches, and neighbors working together to maximize each student’s educational opportunity. West Valley voters continually support levies that provide our students with high quality fine arts and music programs, state of the art technology, athletic programs, extra-curricular activities, an Outdoor Learning Center, field trips, and meticulously maintained facilities.
The West Valley Mission is to provide each student with a rigorous and relevant education achieved through strong relationships to maximize readiness for college, career, and citizenship. West Valley’s distinguished School Board and staff know that a dedicated and committed community is essential if we are going to live up to this mission.
